About Us
Our journey started as a simple passion. Coaching sport to children. Now this might sound a bit far from where we are today, an e-learning consultancy that prides itself on a client centred approach, but this initial step sparked a deep and profound interest in education theory and led to us delivering training to teachers and writing and developing community education porgrammes.
A significant turning point came during the COVID-19 pandemic when we faced the challenge of building online courses to plug the gap of a lack of face to face learning and development. At this point, we embraced the task and discovered a natural aptitude for fusing technology and online learning, blending them to create inspiring e-learning courses. And that's where we found our identity!

With this newfound expertise, we ventured wider than sport into freelancing and instructional design. With individuals and corporate clients we quickly built relationships and successfully collaborated with over 60 clients in our first 18 months. This followed with corporate contracts within the HE sector, creating learning and teaching toolkits for pedagogical practices, bespoke e-learning courses for international clients and the delivery of L&D strategy for government and charity sector organisations.
All of this work is the foundation of eXcelerate Learning, where our mission to to create effective L&D strategies, craft and author engaging e-learning courses, and provide expert advice on managing LMS platforms.
Instructional design is the cornerstone of our work. The mechanism by which we deliver our plans and its our firm belief that the learning experience is driven by great instructional design.
Having worked in education for over 15 years and qualifications including Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE), we specialise in learning and teaching pedagogies and approaches for adult education, both online and through a blended learning approach. This ensures that courses are grounded in proven educational theories and practices.
The aim is to transform the learning experience. Education should be engaging, informative, and accessible. The vision is to create high-quality, interactive courses that not only impart knowledge but also inspire and motivate learners.

We stay up to date with industry trends, author with modern software and use innovative design to create courses that captivate and educate. Understanding the importance of a seamless user experience, efforts are made to make learning as intuitive and enjoyable as possible.
